Who Controls The Data

Philip Cutcliffe trading as Evora controls Evora data. Contact us at support@evora.gg for privacy, support, payment or legal questions.

Account And Identity Data

We process Steam ID, Steam display name, avatar, login/session data, role/admin state, profile settings, VIP status, badge and identity presentation settings, referral state, legal acceptance records, and moderation/security state.

VIP, Donation And Payment Data

We process VIP entitlements, gift VIP records, admin grants, revocations, referrals, donation records, public donation display names/messages, PayPal order IDs, capture IDs, payer references where supplied by PayPal, purchase/donation audit records, payment event logs, legal version, and legal acceptance proof. PayPal handles card, bank and PayPal account details; Evora does not store card numbers or PayPal passwords.

Community And Feature Data

We process chat messages, uploads/media, reactions, support messages, reports, friend/group data, spawn lobby data, profile/customisation data, Dino Storage, Skin Customizer, Dino Stats, live map/location/status data, voice-room/session metadata, runtime/admin telemetry, moderation logs, security logs and audit records.

Overlay And Desktop App Data

Future Evora desktop or overlay software may process app settings, logged-in identity, in-game state shown through Evora tools, notifications, webchat/support content displayed in the overlay, app version, diagnostics, crash/error logs, connection metadata and similar operational data.

Why We Use Data

• To run login, accounts, VIP, payments, perks, game tools, chat, voice, support, moderation, security and admin systems.
• To prevent abuse, cheating, fraud, payment abuse, malicious uploads, ban evasion and system disruption.
• To investigate support requests, reports, payment disputes, chargebacks, bugs, crashes and operational problems.
• To comply with legal obligations and protect Evora, users, staff and the community.

Sharing

We may share or receive data with Steam/Valve, PayPal, hosting/server providers, voice/chat providers, email or support providers, Discord/community providers where used, technical service providers, advisers, payment dispute channels, law enforcement, regulators, or authorities where required or reasonably necessary.

Retention

We keep data by category for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected, including account operation, VIP duration and history, payment/audit proof, moderation history, security, dispute handling, technical logs, backups and legal obligations. Some records, especially payment, legal acceptance, moderation, fraud and security records, may be kept longer than ordinary feature data.

Your Choices

You can stop using Evora, log out, or contact support about privacy requests. Some data may need to be kept where required for payment proof, safety, security, moderation, dispute handling, backups or legal obligations.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures for a community gaming service, but no online service can be guaranteed completely secure. Do not share secrets, tokens, payment details, private information, or anything you do not want processed by Evora.
