Who We Are

Evora is operated by Philip Cutcliffe trading as Evora. Evora is an independent community, website, game-server and software service. Evora is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or officially connected to The Isle, Steam, Valve, PayPal, Discord, hosting providers, voice/chat providers, or any other third-party service we rely on.

What These Terms Cover

• The Evora website, game server, VIP services, PayPal checkout, web tools, live map, Dino Storage, Dino Stats, Skin Customizer, Spawn Lobby, webchat, support, groups, voice features, notifications, moderation systems, Discord or community spaces, admin tools, desktop applications, overlays, and related software or interfaces.
• Future Evora desktop or overlay features may include in-game support for live map, Dino Stats, Spawn Lobby, Skin Customizer, notifications, webchat, support and similar Evora services. These terms cover that software now, but do not promise that every planned feature will release or remain available.
• Using Evora means you must follow these terms, the Privacy Policy, Cookies Policy, Rules, Refund Policy, and any clear instructions given by Evora staff.

Accounts And Access

You access Evora using Steam authentication. You are responsible for your Steam account, your activity, your content, and anything done through your Evora account. We may restrict, suspend, remove or refuse access where we believe it is needed to protect Evora, users, staff, payment safety, server stability, or legal compliance.

VIP And Digital Access

• VIP is limited-time digital access to Evora perks. It starts immediately after payment is safely completed and verified.
• VIP is not ownership, is not a physical item, has no cash value, and is not recurring unless subscriptions are introduced later. Gift VIP purchases may be sent to another Evora account through the approved Evora gift flow.
• Evora may update VIP features, limits, cooldowns, prices, perks, names, availability, and technical behaviour over time.
• Bans, mutes, removals, restrictions, rule breaches, cheating, abuse, payment abuse, chargebacks, PayPal disputes, reversed payments, or fraud may revoke VIP or restrict account/payment access without a voluntary refund.

Donations

Donations are voluntary support payments that provide public recognition only. They do not grant VIP, perks, queue priority, gameplay benefits, feature access, entitlement, or any promised reward. Donation messages may be shown publicly after automated moderation, and unsafe, abusive, or link-like messages may be replaced with MODERATED.

Third Parties And Downtime

Evora relies on third parties including The Isle, Steam/Valve, PayPal, Discord, hosting providers, network providers, and voice/chat or support services. We do not control those services and are not responsible for outages, restrictions, API changes, account issues, bans, delays, downtime, payment review delays, compatibility problems, or service changes caused by them.

No Uptime Guarantee

Evora may have bugs, restarts, wipes, maintenance, downtime, data loss, feature changes, overlay incompatibility, server issues, or emergency shutdowns. We will try to run Evora properly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, exact feature availability, permanent data retention, or error-free operation.

Content And Behaviour

You are responsible for anything you post, upload, say, send, display, customise, report, or otherwise contribute through Evora services. Evora may store, display, process, remove, moderate, restrict and use content as evidence for moderation, safety, payment, security or legal reasons.

Moderation

Evora admins and moderators have broad discretion to warn, mute, kick, ban, restrict features, remove content, preserve evidence, limit payments, disable accounts, and take other action needed to protect Evora, staff, users, systems, payment safety, or the community.

Payments And Chargebacks

PayPal handles payment details. Evora stores PayPal references and audit records so purchases can be validated and support/payment disputes can be handled. Chargebacks, PayPal disputes, reversed payments, fraud signals, or payment abuse can revoke matching VIP and may restrict future access.

Liability

Evora is provided as a community gaming service. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Evora is not responsible for indirect loss, loss of progress, lost access, lost data, downtime, third-party problems, in-game outcomes, account issues, moderation outcomes, or problems caused by misuse, unsupported environments, cheating, tampering or rule breaches. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes

We may update these terms and related policies. If the legal version changes, logged-in users may be asked to accept the updated documents before continuing to protected Evora services.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
