Immediate Digital Access
VIP is immediate digital access. Checkout requires consent that VIP starts immediately after PayPal completion and that voluntary refunds are not provided once access begins.
No Voluntary Refunds
Because VIP access begins immediately and delivers digital perks/time-limited access, Evora does not offer voluntary refunds once access has started.
Gift VIP
Gift VIP is paid by the buyer and applied to the selected recipient after PayPal confirms capture. A refund, reversal, dispute loss, or chargeback may revoke the matching recipient VIP entitlement.
Donations
Donations are voluntary support payments and do not buy VIP, perks, gameplay benefits, or feature access. We may review duplicate charges, incorrect charge issues, clear payment errors, or situations where a refund is legally required. Any refund, reversal, PayPal dispute loss, or chargeback may mark the matching donation as reversed.

No Refund For Rule Breaches
Bans, mutes, restrictions, removals, cheating, misuse, abuse, payment abuse, fraud, ban evasion, server wipes, feature changes, downtime, third-party outages, or rule breaches do not create voluntary refund or compensation rights.
PayPal Handling
PayPal may apply its own processes, holds, reviews, disputes or reversals. Evora may preserve payment/audit evidence and restrict account/payment access where payment abuse or reversal risk is present.
